After almost 3 years I find several cracks on both sides of mi refrigerator and I decide to call for help. After many two appointments the repair company say that they use a "patch kid" witch is no more than an epoxy paint plaster on top of the liner. Guess what the kit will not match with the color of the liner. My question is why? After 3 years KITCHENAID pretend to patch my fridge as warranty, what Cain warranty is that? I buy the fridge cause has a nice look and brand. I will never recommended... ohh I replace the ice maker 1 year ago around 350$.
WHAT CAN I DO?

As for the cracks, the patch is about the only thing to do, although it's not the prettiest fix. If they are willing to do it under warranty then you've actually done well. Most manufactures today have a one year warranty and that's it!
On the icemaker it should not have costed anywhere near $350 for a replacement unless they replaced the emitter boards too.
