How do you clear an F1 E3 error code on a Kitchen Aid Range model YKGSC308LSO range?
I just replaced power supply and display board and now I would like to clear the error code F1-E3.
The reason i replaced the parts was because the display went blank, but the oven still worked by pressing the blank key pad.
your help is much appreciated
thanks, Vic

Thank you for the info Denman. All the connectors were swapped out from the old board on to the new board exact locations. End of Service Test was done, but when reaching the step to Press Timer Set Start, then Press Start, there is no display on the clock except blank dashes. So the test does not continue past this point. I press Cancel and then when i try to to set oven temp. to 300 then press start I get the F1:E3 error. So i'm stuck here. I don't know what else to try.

If you are sure the configuration is set up correctly then all I can think of is that you have a defective control board. |
