Hi out there. I sure hope someone can help before my wife hangs me out to dry. Just installed a 4 yr old monogram. It had been stored about 4 months. When we select normal wash for example and press start the lights come on and the washing light is on and we hear a humm inside but after about 5 minutes it stops and then the light on the sani wash button just flashes. We open it up and It does not look like it has run at all. Hoping someone can help guide me before I frop $ on a repair guy. Thanks in advance.

The flashing Sani Wash LED means that no drain was detected.

Keeping in mind that you've heard a humming sound, very likely the drain pump (#323 on the diagram) has gone bad.

You can try to remove the toe panel and pinpoint the noise.

The dishwasher has to be removed from the cabinet for repair.

Hi Gene
Thanks for the reply. While I was waiting I increase the water fill height setting as it was set to low, then I ran the hot water in the sink for a while prior to running DW and now it seems to be running a full cycle:). It was an easy fix if it works, bottom line for newbies like me, check the water level is set to at least the minimum requirement.
Thanks again

last night the machine leaked out water during washand would not drain leftit overnight and has since drained leftover water on its own. This morning although the panel lights come on it won't initiate . I also turned on my kitchen fawcett then tried the washer on again it seemed to be working because of the humming noise but opened the door to find that there was no water and discovered a burning smell. Plus how do i set the water temperature.

Remove the toe panel and try to pinpoint the humming noise. It can come from the water inlet valve, main pump motor or drain pump. Post the results.
