Does it fill up with water? Check the lid switch. Post the result.

allen9258, You opened two threads (one here and another one here http://forum.appliancepartspros...ot-fill-rinse-cycle.html) claiming two different problems with your washer. We would like to know what the real problem is. Does it fill up with water and then doesn't go further or it does wash and just stops at the rinse cycle? Very confusing. Gene.

The first thing I would do is remove the washer cabinet and check all wires at the motor plug. Broken wire or loose connection can cause such problem.
Gene.
