The water dispenser stopped working about 3 days ago, yet the Ice maker and dispenser in the freezer door works just fine. I checked the micro switch at dispenser it was working. This is a Hotpoint the model number is the same as HSS25GFPEWW, HSS25GFPAWW, HSS25GFPDWW

I just changed the water filter. I am getting water to the conecter at the bottom of the door. I think it may have frozen from the bottom of the door up to the dispenser. I just don't know how to defrost it without emptying my freezer and turning it off.

Check the freezer temperature. If it's bellow 0°F, adjust the freezer control for a higher temperature.
