Perhaps someone you could advise if something could be done or maybe this is normal with this model??. During the defrost cycle the freezer section seems to get to warm, there is a lot of moisture, bread and ice cream gets soft and ice cubes get slick. Is it a defective defrost thermostat? or something else? Thank you.

It could be a bad thermistor or a bad motherboard.
