I ordered a new dispenser for my dishwasher. When it arrived there is no place to put the rinse aid sensor on it. Do I have the right part or is there somewhere else to plug in the sensor?

Yes you have the correct part.

They have discontinued the rinse aid sensing as it caused more trouble than it was worth.

Just tape up/zip tie the harness/connector for it out of the way.
