I have a fan in my freezer that is making a very awful humming sound. I would like a replacement but I am not sure which one to buy.
Here is the info off of the fridge.
GSS25WGPJ WW
DH239597
GS25WG

And here is the info off of the fan.
PANASONIC
UDQT26GE4
9.75V DC 3.25W
197D2039P012
WRG0X1054
Z0104ZT

I am also in need of the fan blades that go with this assembly.

There are two different kind of the evaporator fan motors: one with a thermistor wired into the connecting harness and another one without a thermistor.
I'll give you part numbers for both of them and you have to find out which one is in your fridge.

- The part number for the evaporator fan motor without a thermistor AP3875639

- The part number for the evaporator fan motor with a thermistor AP3191003

- The part number for the fan blade AP3884328

I had what I thought was the same problem except the fan just wasn't running. GE Model # GSS22JEMAWW which is a side by side. It had the exact same Evap Fan Motor. I replaced the Evap Fan Motor (w/o Thermistor) AP3875639 but it still doesn't run. Evidently the fan isn't getting a signal to run. I checked all of the wiring quick connects and everything seems to be OK. The compressor is running and the coil frosts slightly at the bottom. I held the door switches closed and expected to see the fan start running but no dice.

Any suggestions on what other troubleshooting I can do? What components are in the fan logic circuit? Is the logic purely Compressor On, Fan On? Hopefully I don't have to replace the entire circuit board in the back panel.

Pros recommended to replace the main control board (#801 on the unit break down diagram) if the evaporator fan is bad.

- The part number for the main control board is AP3950129

- Here are the break down diagrams for the GE refrigerator Model GSS22JEMAWW

Good luck and Happy New year.

Hello I also have a damaged Panasonic Fan UDQT26GE4 9.75V DC 3.25W
, refrigerator GE GSM23YCPA made in Mexico.

I am from Caracas Venezuela, and the people from SERVIPLUS can not fix or find the fan.

I can not find a replace part for this fan.

Can anyone please suggest where I can find or search in the web for this fan ?

I can't find your exact fan but look at this one and see if it will work part # AP3155826. This is a universal evaporator fan we use a lot in older refrigerators and units that parts are not available.
