machine runs fine, drains and spins fine. all water is removed after the drain and spin. in the morning we find water in the drum, a nice puddle. so i said lemme look into this a little futher and found out the water is dripping from the inlet nozzle . can anyone tell me what causes the drip? is it the flow meter or the inlet valve? or something else. much thanks in advance for any help.............. jimmy

Sounds like your water inlet valve is leaking (Item 1 in Section 4)

Check if it is hot or cold water in the tub.
Then feel that hose if it is warmer or colder than the ambient temperature then water has been running through it overnight.
Thia assumes that a hose will drop to ambient temperature overnight.

thank you much Denman. seems like its the cold water because i turned off the valve to the spiket and there was no water in the drum. thanks for your time and ur response ;)
