the heating element broke and now that we replaced the element now the dryer will shut off after 5 or ten minutes.we checked the thermastate and they checked out good.

But now the dryer when just checked and turned on has remained on for over ten minutes now,and still going cud it be dangerious to use if it has ddecided to work or what cud be the reason why it did that way?
