after running through a complete wash cycle,I notice there is alot of suds left and the clothes are very wet, I have to re rinse and spin , this helps but its still not enough.

First question is have you changed laundry soap? You might want to check the pump to see if there is anything obstructing the pump. nat

no, we haven,'t changed soaps, this has been happening for a log time, where is the general location of the pump?

Remove the front cover and the pump should be on the right side near the bottom. Nat
