The wiring diagram was lost so I ended up not getting around to this problem. I decided to get off my butt and take a look at this problem again. I have a Cdn model - YKUDA230Y0F but after doing some research the U.S. equivalent model # is KUDA230YWH0. The wiring diagram p/n is LIT9741221.

I would really appreciate if someone could email me the wiring diagram.

As a quick summary, I replaced the receptacle in the kitchen, which provides power to the dishwasher. But when I replaced the receptacle, I forgot to break off the tab, so that each outlet would get it's own 115VAC phase. Leaving the tab on, shorted the two 115VAC phases and tripped the fuse in the house main wiring panel. Can't recall if the dishwasher stopped working at the point, but after replacing the fuse for the outlet, I noticed sometime after, the dishwasher stopped working. Don't know if it was coincidence. There is 115VAC power present at the terminal connector for the pushbutton control switches.

I don't know what could have have happened to the control board. I am pretty sure that this model does not have a fuse and also from what I know, they don't make the control module anymore.

Regards,
Gus
