Hello, At first the washer was filling with water and agitating but not spinning. I checked the lid switch and it was okay. Then when I tried it again it will agitate but not fill with water or spin, no matter where the knob is pointing. So, I changed the timer and still only agitating instead of filling and then draining without spinning. Please help me? Thank you:confused:

You may be having trouble with the pressure (water level) switch. First, check to make sure the pressure switch hose is clear. That's the tube that goes from the switch to the bottom of the tub. Disconnect it from the switch and blow into it. If you can't hear the air going through it, it is clogged or otherwise restricted.

Also check for lint or an item of clothing blocking the air dome at the bottom of the tub.

Tell us what you find.

I don't know if it helped her but this was perfect advice and prompted me to sign up here just to say so. I was going nuts thinking about how I was going to purchase a new washer but not anymore:) .

This was excellent advise, I found our pressure switch hose clogged at the bottom end, just pulled it off and unclogged with a paper clip.
