No response from control pad and no clock displayed.

Opened up control panel of my KitchenAid Double oven to replace bad transformer for interior lights. When I turned back on the power, no indication of power (clock). Verified with meter that power is on and going to the black connectors on the control board (P6&7 from the schematic).

Are there any troubleshooting steps that I can perform?

i do not know if it will help but on my double oven there was a loose thermal fuse on the control panel. check that. it is the resister looking thing that connects into the wiring harness at the back of the touch pad.
