We recently replaced thermostat in my Kenmore side by side ourselves. WE thought that we put it back in just like the original came out but now food is not only cold but mostly frozen in my fresh food section no matter how I have my temperature switch set. The fridge wont even turn off when set to "off". is the thermostat broken? did we hook it up wrong? What should I check to find out if we just installed it incorrectly?
