My over the range microwave is only 2yrs old. The handle bottom end has pulled totally off. I have read other posts for repairing.
DID NOT WORK-DAMAGED INTERIOR PLASTIC DOOR-CRACKED!
I used a kitchen knife as instructed moving slowly along edge.
I now have an interior cracked door in 3 places with duct tape as
a patch and a still unsecured door handle..............
DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME, using appliance pros advice!!!

Sorry to hear that didn't work for you! That doesn't always work and had a tech been doing that they would of had to buy you a new door because the door is not sold in parts, only the door, handle, screws & latches. Complete assembly is AP3181582
