i have a leak every time i ture my w.m. on do i need a special tool to remove the agitator or does that top bolt unscrew:eek:

ok got that now how does the agitator base come off

I do not think it has something to do with the agitator. You have to remove the washer cabinet to pinpoint the water leak.
