The wire colors and component designators weren't clear enough for me.
I sat in front of the panel tonight and messed around with the connections since there was a TON of dust and lint. Didn't find anything out of place. I decided to place the panel back up with a couple screws and try it out again, and everything seems to work normally! Not sure what the heck it could be besides maybe the timers or something stuck or just not working properly.
I started the dryer normally and it started fine, same with the washer. I'm running the washer through a couple cycles and it seems to stop on the final rinse for some reason, telling me the cams might be worn in the washer timer switch, or maybe just dirty contacts.
I'm running it through again and seeing if it'll work itself out, if so I know something is funky with the cams in the timer switch.
Another note is the dryer motor also runs the blower motor, direct shaft, all one unit. So I figured if the dryer tumbler was truely spinning the wrong direction, that the blower would spin backwards, blowing dust out of the ducting INTO the dryer, vs. a vacuum effect. I opened the dryer door and defeated the switch and started the dryer, I put my other hand over the lint trap and it seemed to have a strong vacuum and I didn't see any dust/lint flying out at all, so maybe this unit runs counter clockwise? Weird....
As the unit is running right now, I smell a burning rubber smell, the belt might be worn for the washer, I'll take the front panel off tomorrow and inspect. I've stopped it for now.
I'll post more once I get the rest working normal. As always, thanks again for the tips!

You're welcome! it was probably a loose wire. Although I have never seen a dryer drum turn counter clockwise!!!!! Keep a close eye on it. Would definately recommend not leaving the house with it running!! Nat

Yeah, I've never seen one run CCW either, that's why it caught my eye.
I just felt the blower again and actually it does feel like it's blowing into the dryer, not vacuuming. I'm thinking the burning rubber smell from the washer is the washer motor spinning backwards also, causing the belt to slip since it's rotating opposite of the tensioner tension, makes sense.
I just don't know what's backwards? Why would both motors spin backwards?
Just for shits n' giggles I removed the power wire and switched L1 and L2, of course it made no difference, ugh...
This is really puzzling me!

I'm ordering one today. I'm trying to think where they'd be swapped if they are. I know it's not the power cord, nor the terminal block mains wires, I've confirmed that. It's got to be a common area, some kind of distribution area that both motors pull their power from. I'll have time to tear it all apart this week and trace things at least, hopefully I can find something. I'll check the L2 vs. Neutral as you suggested, they both seem to go to the dryer timer. Although L1 goes to both the Dryer timer, and Washer timer. Kane
