There is a clicking sound from where the thermastat controls are on the inside top of refrigorator side. Presently temperature is fine. There is no fan in this area so I am assuming it is some electric control. What should I do?

It is a steady clicking sound clicking at least once a second. You can not hear it from the front when the door is closed but when you open the door you can hear it easily. It does not click when the refrigorator is not running.

Drags is absolutely right. If this noise bothers you then just replace this defrost timer.

- The part number for the defrost timer is AP2061695
