My less than two year old GE front load washer spin cycle is not working properly. I will spin about 4 revolutions clockwise then revises direction for another 4 revolutions at a very slow speed. all other cycles are working correctly checked the filter drains quickly just no high speed spin. Help appreciated.

Our GE WSSH300 wasn't doing it's spin cycle properly either. There are two screws to loosen at the bottom of the lower front panel. Once you remove that panel, there are some papers taped inside somewhere that show you how to do diagnostics and what all the error codes are.

Removed the bottom panel 2 screws to access the waterpump hose from the tube to the pump. I reached into the hose to find 2 socks, a few coins and a key. I put the hose and clamp back and the spin cycle worked immediately.
