Here is your parts breakdown.
Replacement parts for MAYTAG DWU7400AAX DISHWASHER- UNDERCOUNTER | AppliancePartsPros.com

Here is a manual

You will have to join the site to download the manual but it is a good site for appliance manuals.

First I would undo the drain hose at the house plumbing and check it.
This is a common area where junk collects and causes a partial plug.
Check that the house plumbing is OK.

Try draining the unit into a pail. Be sure to hold the drain hose firmly in the pail and put a rag/towel over the pail so it does not splash all over.
If it drains OK it is probably a house plumbing problem.
If it does not drain OK then work your way abck to see if you have a partial plug in the system
Or
You could disassemble the pump and check it first.
