My dryer heats and runs fine, however none of the timer functions work. On autosense it will just keep running, on timed dry it will heat and run, the timer advances, but at the end of the timer cycle it just keeps running with heat on, sometimes the heat will shut off but it will still keep tumbling. It has done this actually for some time, but we are getting tired of manually having to operate the dryer.

I did some more checking, and the following is the complete description of what it is doing. The autosense function. Heat comes on and drum comes on, timer does not move, heat and drum will run contiuously. Timed low and high heat. Heat comes on, drum runs, timer turns. When it reaches cool down heat turns off, then after a bit there is a click, timer stops turning (it does not make it to the off position). Drum continues to turn. It will not stop until you manually turn the timer knob to off.
