Oh, and the parts I'm messing with are numbers 15 and 17 on this diagram:
Bulkhead parts replacement parts for WHIRLPOOL TGDS840PQ1 29``GAS DRYER | AppliancePartsPros.com

I love this site so I can tell where these parts are and what they look like!

Ok...this is annoying. I replaced the thermal fuse and high-limit switch but have the exact same problem. I ran a load of towels and they are still wet. The burner just doesn't seem to stay on long enough after makes it's initial burn.

What the heck is there left to replace??

Ok......so I double-checked and there was a ball of lint clogging the outside vent now....not sure how since I had cleaned out the entire thing before. So now it is toally clean...but I cannot get the burner to kick back on. I have unpluggged but doesn't want to go. Any ideas what I have done?

My suggestion is to start all over again with your checks, because I am kind of dizzy!! LOL!! I am not kidding!!! Check the thermaf fuse, and all the conponents for wires off. You have had this dryer taken apart so many times, you could have forgotten to put something back on. Tom ApplianceEducator.com

I forgot to post back what happened. I ended up jumping those new switches and magically the dryer started working again. It ended up being a faulty high-limit switch because the dryer works just fine with the thermal switch. So I called the company and they are shipping me out a new switch. But since the dryer was functioning again we were finally able to get caught up on laundry!! I'm supposed to get the new switch tomorrow so if all goes right I will be all fixed! Thanks again for the help!!

Tom, some outstanding feedback left above so I wanted to try you with one I'm having... Whirlpool Estate TGDS680WO. No heat at all. What can/should I test first?
