I have a GE washer that a few months ago started to take a long time to slow after a spin. Usually they spin down and stop, well this one will spin down slowly. Takes forever to stop and sounds like a plane landing. Once it is stopped it won't move easily as it should. Not sure what part to look at. It has a newer motor with the clutch built on, and got a replacement transmission this last winter. It also has water under it all the time. I believe that to be the tub seal. I assume both are related as I noticed the water in the last month or so. What else could cause it to leak under other than the pump, over fill, tub seal and level tube? What could cause it to take so long to stop?

Thanks. I am about to bring in my replacement Kenmore that had the tranny rebuilt a few months ago!
