will not fill with water but does drain. checked for power at fill valve and I only have 7vac, checked across the float switch and have only 7vac there as well. I need a wiring diagram to know where to go next or input as to where to check next.

RDE, Based on the diagram I have, there should be 120 VAC on the black wire at the fill valve, as long as the door is closed and locked. Your diagram should be attached to the back side of the kickplate, in a plastic bag. I would check the black wire to chassis ground for the 120 VAC(L1), first, then the blue wire(N) at the valve(with the connector on the valve), That will tell us if the solenoid is good, electrically. Hopefully, you'll find a loose connection, or frayed wire, otherwise it's probably a bad fill valve or control board. Another check, if you have a 120 VAC test cord, you can attach it to the fill valve and activate it. Good Luck, :) :) :)
