Dryer will come on, heat up, run fine except for humming noise; then quits 3-5 minutes into cycle. Will not start back up for 5-10 minutes. Then repeats same problem.

Here are your parts
Replacement parts for KENMORE 11060912990 | AppliancePartsPros.com

It sounds like your motor (third item on page 2) may be toast.
It sounds like the motor is overheating, tripping it's internal thermal protect and shutting off. You then have to wait till the motor cools down and the thermal protect resets before you can restart the unit.

Try manually rotating the drum in the correct direction. It should turn fairly easily. You may want to try this on a couple other dryuers just to get a feel for it. This is too check if the drum has too much drag and is causing the motor to overheat.
If it is OK then your motor probably needs replacing.

You might also try checking the vent to the outside and see if it is clogged up, or partially clogged, because if the heat is stating inside the dryer cabinet, it could be overheating the motor. Also, pop, the top up, and take the front off, and vacuum out the motor. It could be all filled up with lint, and is not able to breath. Then try it, before you replace the motor.
