When drum starts, it makes a loud clunk and then starts to turn. When manually turning drum, it seems harder to turn than it should be. Removed drum and all seems to be normal. Support rollers are free. Changed idler assembly and still the same. What next?

Remove front panel and sub-panel and check the blower, probably loose.
