my dryer is drying ok but the timer wont move and it will stay on the same position i have to used my microwave timer i replaced the timer and the resistor but still same thing , please help

Hi,

If the timer does not advance on any cycles you need a new timer.
If the timer does not advance on the "Auto-Dry" settings only you need to check the dryer vent and lint chute to make sure they are clean.
