I HAVE A 7 YEARS OLD DRYER WHICH IT GIVES A SCRETCHING SOUND AND TURNS VERY SLOW AND WHEN IT WANT TO, WHEN I OPENED THE BODY I SEEN THAT THE BELT WAS SPINNING BUT EVERY ONCE IN WHILE IT WOULD SLIDE THEN TURN THE DRUM THEN SLIDE CLEANED IT OUT BUT THE BELT OF IT IS NOT TURNING THE DRUM AS IT'S SUPPOSED TO, I DIDN'T PUT ANY OIL OR NOTHING TO STOP TO CAUSE THIS, IS THERE SUPPOSED TO BE SOMETHING THAT IS SCREWED DOWN TO THE DRUM THAT HELPS THE BELT SPIN THE DRUM OR AM I SUPPOSED TO REPLACE THE BELT?

Please do not use all capitols.
First off it makes your post hard to read.
Secondly in internet convention it means that you are shouting and no one likes being shouted at.

Here are your parts
Replacement parts for FRIGIDAIRE GLER331AS2 Frigidaire/dryer | AppliancePartsPros.com

Sounds like the drum has too much resistance on it.
Try rotating the drum in the correct direction, it should rotate fairly easily.
You may want to try this on a couple other units to get a feel for it.

Open it up and check the rear bearing (a common problem), front drum support, idler wheel, belt and motor bearings for wear and slop.

Sometimes it is just that the rear bearing needs re-lubing. Clean it out and then use a high temperature grease to lube it.
Watch out for the little ball bearing it likes to run and hide once released.

I cannot find an actual parts breakdown for this unit so do not know how the front of the drum is supported, if it has glides they may need replacing.

Here is a good site with info on Frigidaire's
http://www.applianceaid.com/ww-and-mc.html

Give the iterior including the blower wheel a good cleaning.
This is also a good time to check/clean your vent system.
