Rank: Advanced Member Groups: Senior Expert Joined: 3/29/2009(UTC) Posts: 11,699		Inside the door jam at the top are screws that hold the top on. Take them out and the top will pull off. This will get you access to the inside of the machine and you can see what the problem is.
