Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 12/31/2010(UTC) Posts: 5		Posted on Monday as Dryer stalls-Expert replayed "sounds like bad motor". Got replacement parts last nite; so, started to work today. Tested motor by the book and tested as ok. Tested start switch- it tested ok. When I took front panel off, the motor was covered in lint. Dryer will run without a load;but, slower than normal. Do you thank the motor still should be replaced? Thanks BellewB:confused: PS. Forgot say, even though the dryer starts, there is a loud hum when the dryer is started.
