This washer i got wont spin took it all apart in my kitchen cant find anything wrong made an awful racket when it wouldnt work but it did drain so the motor aint blown a little help by any one familar with these would be graet

I suspect your drive coupling is gone. Set the timer to the askerisk and start the machine. Defeat the lid switch if you have too. The washer should agitate it does not matter if water is in it or not. If it fails to agitate then your drive coupling needs replacement and it is easy to fix. that was it put the transmissionback together and got it to bind in my hands... the cupplin was broke on the motor side so you couldnt see it with out pulling it apart should have started there first it just sounded metal to metal so i thought it was the worm drive glad it wasent this is a lot cheaper fix... will try to find the parts local tomorrow
