I cannot find the drain hole in the freezer to have a place to start from. It appears that the "air tower" (name of part) snaps in from top to bottom and is in the way. I don't know how to remove this without breaking it. I'm guessing it covers the drain hole as the rest of the freezer is one piece of molded plastic. At the base of the air tower water keeps freezing. It then melts into the fridge below. I've read plenty on what to do and what to check but I don't know how to access the drain hole itself.

Below are two links to digital pictures of the inside of the freezer. These should help. The "air tower" is the piece in the center back that appears to have been snapped together and then into place.[LIST=1]

    Thank you. It may be of some help but my tower looks different and appears to be in three pieces instead of two as on page 61.

    Any change of a manual for my model? ET8RHMXKT05

    After further review this really did help so I'm saving this PDF file. Just need to remove the two screws near the air tower top and the three that hold the icemaker in place and you're on your way. Tricky to get all the ice out of the drain tray in the freezer though. I bet the drain hole was froze about 4" down. Opted to use really hot water and a turkey baster to get the job done. Looking into the drain strap, #726493. Going to see if this will fix it long term and if not then the strap seems the way to go.
