Hello - any idea how to pop off the light bulb covers inside the oven? I need to replace both bulbs. The range is about 6-7 years old.

The glass covers are friction-fit. Oven originally came with a "tool", i.e. a piece of plastic, to pry off the cover. I just replaced my bulbs and now the whole unit needs a new relay board! They say to turn off the breaker, which I did, before replacing the bulbs. BTW, order the bulbs online - I got 10 for $10 plus shipping, instead of the $12.00 PER BULB ripoff Dacor wants.

lightspectrumenterprises.com - 10 bulbs for $10 plus $10 shipping (which is nuts but they're still cheaper even with the shipping). I got them in about 8 days, so no complaints. I don't know why, but when I changed the bulb in my upper oven, it caused the relay board to blow, so now I'm waiting for that to arrive. I'm absolutely convinced that these high-end products are more shoddily made than products like GE, Whirlpool and Maytag. At least with those brands, you can throw them away and get new ones when they break and you're STILL ahead of the game money-wise. The dacor is nice, but I've had to replace a lot of parts, I don't see that it works any better than another well-made oven, and while the styling is nice, there are others out there that are just as nice.
