I have a front loading Frigidaire washer that will slowly fill with water between loads. It doesn't matter if the door is left open or closed. It takes a day to fill but the water will fill to just short of spilling out. It does not exceed the bottom of the drum and has not spilled onto the floor (yet). The washer will complete it's cycles and spin all the water out of the load. The drum fills with water after sitting for a few hours.

Any thoughts???

My BRAND NEW Frigidaire is doing exactly the same thing, model #GLTF2940FE. When it is not in use it constantly fills with water. Also, if my wash completes when I'm not at home and I come back, say 20 minutes later - my clothes are sopping wet and I have to re-spin the load. Did you ever get a resolution to your issue? The only other info I was able to find in the blogosphere was that it is possibly and old fill valve that is leaking and needs to be replaced. But, being a brand new machine... Any help would be appreciated.
