None Of the burners are working on the cooktop of my stove. I cannot locate info on any of my documentation for it to tell me what the voltage output on the transformer should be. Do you know what it should be.

Here are your parts
Replacement parts for FRIGIDAIRE PLES389ECD Frigidaire/electric Range | AppliancePartsPros.com

I do not have any info on a slide-in unit but with luck the following should give you some info assuming that the slide-in and free standing units are basically the same when it comes to the controls.

I am wondering if you have a power problem. You might want to check where the power comes into the stove. Alot of times, that is where, the wires burn. Tom ApplianceEducator.com

Did you take a voltage reading?? All burners don't go out at once!! There has to be a power issue. Tom ApplianceEducator.com
