Hi I have a GE dishwasher that is not draining completely. After the washing cycle is complete, the water level in the bottom of the dishwasher is covering the heating element. I did replace the pump and motor assembly in March 2008 because the shaft seal was leaking. I did purchase the assembly from your company. I don't know if the water drainage was going on before the pump was changed. I just purchased the home in January, and the first time I used the dishwasher I discovered the pump was leaking. What do you think the problem may be? You can call me or e-mail me @ (253) 223-1554 or Normconner@aol.com. Thank you very much for your help, Norm Conner
