My washer seems to be too old. Sometime, it falls 'asleep' when it works. In order to 'wake' it, I should 'flat' the washer door, or, open the washer's door and shut it down heavily. I do not hear special noise or get special smell from it.

What's wrong? Which part should I order?

Thanks.

At what part of the wash cycle does the washer stop in?

You may have a bad lid switch.

Thanks, ApplianceJunk

My washer often stops in Rinse. Sometime, it can not enter Rinse circle and I have to put the cycle back to re-start. Sometime, the washer can not drain the water and stop, re-start will help it.
