oven works for bake and top burners work.

however no display, no clean or broil function, no lock

I am trying to distinguich which of the 2 is your problem. When you hit you touch pad for bake. it beeps, and you can set the temp. But when you hit broil, or clean it does not take your comand. If that is the case is could very well be the membrane switch, which is the touch pad. It is never easy to distinguish which one it is, but, I would go with the membrane switch first.
