On my Kenmore electric range, all the stove burners work fine, but both the bake and broil elements do not heat. They both went out at the same time. Physical inspection of both elements show nothing out of the ordinary. I can hear the appropriate switches engaging when I select either Broil or Bake, but alas, no heat. Looking at the wiring schematic, I don't see how it could be anything but the 316207511 clock timer, but I wanted a professional opinion before I pull the trigger on this expensive item. Thanks!

Pull the range out, remove the rear cover and check all wires. If there is nothing wrong then replace the EOC aka clock. - The part number for the clock is AP3561834 Gene.
