I have a Lennox furnace. The furncae kicks up and the burners start. But after about 30 to 60 seconds, it turns off. It seems that the blower does not kick in and hence the furnace shuts down.

Any advice on how to proceed/debug this problem? I appreciate your help on this.

Do you have a control board with a flashing led that you can see through a peephole in the cover of the unit? If so, look on the inside cover of the unit for the diagnostic code and see what it says is the problem. Let me know what it says.

Thanks, I actually replaced the BCC3 board. Got the board for ~$100. Replacement was very easy, made sure I connected the wires to the the correct terminals and it is working now.

Luke,
Thats good news. Probably then was a solder joint around the terminals of the large relays on that board. If you look closely you might see you could repair the board by soldering those points. If not, it was the timer chip and replacing the board was the only solution. Glad to hear its working.
