Bear with me I am new to this FORUM thing. I have a dryer that likes to snag clothes from time to time and squeaks. The Clothes catch in the front of the machine on top of the drum between the drum and front. I can push the front of the drum up an inch or so. The squeak seems to be resonating from the front. My question(s) is this. Would the rear Bearing assembly allow the snagging and squeak? Or, might it be the front bearings and slides. Or am I completely wrong in my thinking. Other than the the squeak and snagging it works great. Any help will be appreciated.

I would replace the rear bearing, and the front slides. The slides are so cheap, and take a second to put on. Tom Appliance Educator, Appliance Parts, Washer and Dryer Parts, Refridgerator and Freezer Parts, Stove and Oven Parts
