When washer stops after its washing cycle, it makes a big jolt with loud noice as if some one hit it with a big hammer.

Double check your model number off the machine, it should be under the hinge area of the lid.

Sounds like the brake is grabbing to hard. You might want to either check it yourself or have a tech look at it.
