Hi, I have an intermitant problem with my oven not heating up. Sometimes it doesnt heat when i turn it on. I see a flame at the bottom but it doesnt heat. Also it will sometime while it is heating up or after it is heated will make a " blow torch" intense sort of sound. I dont know if these two are related at all. The sound has been happening for about a year and has never affected the temp. or cooking. About a month ago was the first time that it wouldnt heat up and it has happened 2x so far. I would greatly appericiate any insight in this problem. Thank you for your time. The model number i have listed is wrong and the right one is : 362. 75578691

Most likely the problem is a bad oven igniter and/or the bake burner.

The model number you posted does not come up. Verify and repost it, please.

Hi Michelle,

Remove the oven floor and the flame spreader. Remove the bottom drawer to access the wires and mounting screws for the bake burner.
Remove the bake burner and inspect it for any burned through holes. Replace the burner if any found. Repace the igniter.

- The part number for the oven igniter is AP205873

Hi Michelle,

We're glad you were able to fix it.
