Kenmore Elite Side by Side

My ice maker seems to not be getting water, I defrosted and thawed the freezer and there is no obstruction in the water line. I jumped the valve and the solenoid comes on and produces water when jumped. The optics test also seems to work??? The "harvester" also works and moves.

Any suggestions are much appreciated.

If the temperature in the freezer is below 17 degrees, you might have a faulty icemaker.
