My belt broke and I purchesed a new one to replace myself. Upon replacing this belt it wants to slip towards the tub when I free spin it with hand power. Are there any adjustments that are needed when replacing this belt?

There are no adjustments for the belt on this model. It rolls on and off the pulley. If you are having a problem look to see if there is something broken on the support part of the tub, or if the motor is somehow not anchored correctly.

Also, make sure you have the right belt.
