glasses on top rack get somewhat clean. Appears to be getting water up there. Lower rack dishes appear untouched. Soap dispenser opens but leaves clumps of wet powdered soap in cup and down the door. Both sprayer bars spin freely by hand. Bottom seems to have alot of play vertically and some horizontally. Was thinking maybe a seal or o-ring bad in base or lower spray bar, causing it to lose pressure underneath instead of pushing water up through the bar. Ran yesterday empty machine. Opened after one minute and had about 2" water in bottom of machine.
Would appreciate any advice. I know absolutely nothing about these machines, or how to disassemble one. Tthanks, Craig
