Noticed two days ago that the freezer is not freezing. Now it's as cool as the fridge. At what setting should the control be (1-10) for it to freeze again or what can anyone recommed I do that won't cost me having to get a repairman to fix it?? Help !

If your freezer fan is working, pull the freezer back panel and check frost pattern. If only partially frosted, you have refrigeration system problems for a pro to look at. Before you call, check your condensing fan and condenser coils in the back of the fridg. Also make sure your compressor is running.
