Dishwasher runs through all cycles fine, but does not dry dishes. Power to heating element ok and feels hot/warm to touch. The blower motor has power and does run. What else could be at fault in the dry cycle?

Did you check to make sure you have minimum 120 degree water at the sink?

Yes, approx. 130-135 degrees at the sink, but isn't it the dishwasher that heats the water, as there is only one supply line?
