Do you smell gas when the broiler is trying to light? You may want to remove the broiler burner and make sure all the ports are clean, a good old fashiopn pipe cleaner works pretty good Hope that helps. Nat

No smell of gas. But that is because the igniter is not even glowing and the gas will only come in if there's heat. As I said before the igniter glows if plogged to the bake unit but it wont if plogged to the broiler. Any other ideias. Thank's very much. Denise

Very well could be the clock control, maybe a bad relay on the board. You could remove the back panel and give the broil relay a couple of taps with the handle end of a screwdriver and see if it will come on.

I too have the same problem. My glow won't come on when I press the bake button but it will when I press the broil button and oven lights up. I only have 1 glow plug so why does it only work for broil and not pre heat.
